Bio:

Ryan Ternier is a skilled enterprise software developer with over 10 years of experience. He has lead development teams, managed projects from the ground up, and has hands on experience in business revitalization projects and business coaching.

He has a strong sense of leadership, not afraid to get his hands dirty, thinks outside the box, and enjoys doing whatever it takes to get a job done. Ryan's passions involve start up projects, R&D, and getting projects out of the danger zone.

Ryan is an accomplished musician. He has played the piano for 25 years, led bands, played on symphonies, and has had the honor to be recorded on one major album and many small albums as a composer and song writer.

He is an avid bow hunter, loves working with and mentoring young adults and teens. He is currently working on the Registries project for the Ministry of Health in Victoria BC.
