Multiple times a month I have customer e-mails stating that they are unable to checkout and that they get a paypal error. Hi, I just got an order from the UK, where the customer was not charged shipping. This is a free item + shipping charge. I'm using the Better Shipping app, and the fee is set properly there for the item ordered. In shopify, UK is set to use Better Shipping. Any ideas what may have happened? Hi guys, Is there a way, if we ship a faulty unit to our customers, to let shopify create another item to be fulfilled? So that Shopify communicates to our fulfilment app the details of the product and the address, so that we don't have to add them manually. I hope it's all clear. Thanks!
