Customer Service Status: Delayed Response Times

The Player Relations team have returned from the Holiday break, and are back in action. As can be expected, the queue has piled up with the sales that happened, so please be patient and we will be with you as soon as we can.

Please avoid making duplicate tickets or “bumping” your existing ticket, as this will not accelerate a response time. In the meantime, please feel free to check the hot issues below, for any commonly asked queries which may help resolve your query and save you a wait!

Squadron 42 Hoodie Dogtags.

We’ve seen many players asking why they have gained someone else’s Dogtags, or having a name they do not recognize. The Dogtags shipped with the hoodies were not personalized, but instead a random character from Squadron 42. Rest assured, you have not been sent someone else’s tags. :)

Buyback Tokens.

These will be issued soon and will appear automatically on your account when issued. Remember, that Buyback tokens do not stack and your account can only possess one at any given time. As such, plan accordingly, and use your existing token if you haven’t done so already.

We cannot offer additional tokens on request.
