It's actually very easy. I've been riding no-handed for eleven years now. Holding the bars with anything more than a single hand is super awkward to me now because it forces you to lean forward, where no hands lets you sit up. I can text, read, play games, eat, drink, take a hoodie off, swing a backpack around to my front side and grab a bottle of water. It's all inertia and hip control. And yes, there will be video proof I can do all of that while riding no handed if someone really wants it, just have to wait for this FUCKIN' snow to go away.

Sorry, but just want to let you know there is both milk kefir, and water kefir. I do water kefir and it's fantastic. I'm not sure if it would be ok for you, but because I do a second ferment on the water I've been able to replace soda pretty easily because it gets real fizzy.
