No extra EU sanctions on Russia over Syria

EU foreign ministers will Monday call for additional names of Syrians responsible for the assault on Aleppo to be added to a blacklist later down the line. They will not discuss adding new Russian names to the visa ban and asset freeze list due to Syria, however, a senior EU source said. "We don't want to sanction just for the sake of sanctioning, priority is to stop attacks", he said.
