ECB needs help from from states, says Draghi

European Central Bank president Mario Draghi on Monday called on eurozone governments to help him boost the economy. Speaking at an EU parliament hearing, he said that it was "quite clear that other policies should complement action" by the ECB. He added that the bank's action alone was “not enough" and that its low-interest policy would have "side effects that especially affect financial stability" if it lasts too long.
