Alamo Drafthouse Cinema plans first D.C. location

The lease has now been signed for a brand new Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in D.C. This will be the first D.C. location, and it will feature a 44,000-square-foot theater in Edgewood. The theater will be part of a 13-acre project known as Bryant Street.
