Found while playing with this: https://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/poly/puzzledrag.html On my computer I couldn't reproduce this problem. On my iPhone 4 running iOS 6.0.1, however, I found I could sometimes drag the green polygons, by attempting to drag a red polygon on top of one. When a red polygon is dropped on its corresponding location, it is colored green, its zIndex is decreased, and it becomes undraggable, so this should never happen. I have attached a screenshot showing that I moved Australia after it was made undraggable, by placing Iceland on top of it and trying to move Iceland.
