When panning past the northern or southern edge of the world, there is an 
error.

Browser: FF 3.5.2, IE7/8, and Chrome 3, however in Chrome you need to have 
the JS console open to see the error, and in FF you need to have firebug 
open to see it.  In IE, its a bit more intrusive.
