Al-Haq

This video combines Al-Haq's visual documentation with satellite imagery to create virtual tours of the human rights violations commited in the occupied Palestinian territory. Each tour is designed to recreate the experience of making a field visit, providing everyone with the opportunity to see the on-the-ground reality of the occupation.
هذا الفيديو يجمع وثائق مؤسسة الحق البصرية مع صور الأقمار الصناعية من أجل إنتاج زيارات افتراضية تلخص بعض من انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان التي ترتكب في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة. وقد تم تصميم كل زيارة ميدانية من اجل توفير محاكاة جغرافية للانتهاكات الحاصلة على أرض الواقع في الأراضي الفلسطينية.

Over thirty years' experience of defending human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) has provided Al-Haq with an outstanding range of expertise in the practical application of international law. In July 2009, this rich history inspired the organization to establish the Al-Haq Center for Applied International Law, with the aim transferring its accumulated experiences to new and existing human rights defenders.

The Center, which is based in Ramallah-Palestine, is the first Palestinian civil society body to specialize in the practical application of International Law. The Center aims to combine theory and practice to enhance the capabilities of human rights defenders by providing them with the essential applied knowledge for defending human rights issues at the national, regional and international levels.

يعد "مركز الحق" أول مركز "تطبيقي" فلسطيني متخصص في القانون الدولي الإنساني وقانون حقوق الإنسان، مقره مدينة رام الله- الضفة الغربية. تأسس المركز في شهر تموز من العام 2009 بمبادرة من مؤسسة "الحق" بهدف تعزيز قدرات المهتمين والمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان بالمعرفة التطبيقية اللازمة للدفاع عن قضايا حقوق الإنسان على المستويين المحلي والإقليمي.

إن الدفاع المتواصل عن حقوق الإنسان في الارض الفلسطينية المحتلة، منذ العام 1979 أكسب مؤسسة "الحق" خبرة وتجربة تطبيقيتين واسعتين، ما دفعها الى توسيع مجال عملها النوعي ليشمل إنشاء هذا المركز، بهدف نقل خبرة الدمج بين النظرية والتطبيق.

وعليه، جاءت فكرة تأسيس "مركز الحق" كمركز متخصص، إضافة نوعية وتتويجاً للمعرفة والخبرات المتراكمة لدى العاملين في مؤسسة "الحق"، بحيث يتم نقل محتوى تجربتهم في حقلي القانون الدولي الإنساني وقانون حقوق الإنسان إلى الباحثين الحقوقيين ونشطاء المنظمات الأهلية على المستويين المحلي والإقليمي باستخدام وسائل التدريب والتعليم والأبحاث التطبيقية.
