TheJC.com - the Jewish Community Online - is the digital arm of The Jewish Chronicle Ltd, which publishes The Jewish Chronicle, the world's oldest and most influential Jewish newspaper.

Founded in 1841, The Jewish Chronicle - often known as the JC - has no proprietor nor commercial shareholders, and its editorial independence is guaranteed by the Jewish Chronicle Trust. It is based in London, with reporters around the world.

The Jewish Chronicle's news and opinion pages reflect the wide diversity of Jewish religious, social and political thought from left to right, Orthodox to secular.

News coverage ranges from hard-hitting investigations to reports of communal activities, with context provided by leading commentators and cultural figures. The newspaper, published every Thursday, includes Features, Arts and Sports sections, as well as pages devoted to Food and Business. We also publish a range of high-quality colour magazines.
