What can we help you with?
You can look up current prices for your prescription from our homepage at https://www.goodrx.com or using the search bar at the top of any page on the site. Enter the name of your prescription and your ZIP code or city, then click the FIND THE LOWEST PRICE button.
On the following page, you'll see prices for your prescription. Remember to select your strength and quantity in the menu to the left of the page to show accurate prices for your prescription.
If you've tried a search and you're still having trouble, please let us know.
If you've tried a search and you don't see your dose listed, or if you're having trouble switching from brand to generic, check out our FAQ for more information on how to refine your search results.
If you're still having trouble, please let us know.
We're sorry to hear you're having trouble. The good news is that we can resolve most coupon-related problems.
If a pharmacy is refusing to accept a GoodRx coupon, first try calling the help line number on the coupon while you're in the pharmacy. A customer service representative will speak to the pharmacist to try to resolve the issue before you leave the pharmacy.
If you cannot reach the help line or if they do not solve your problem, please let us know.
Discount cards typically take 4 - 6 weeks to arrive from the date when they're requested, so your card should be on its way to you!
You may have received a temporary card that will offer the same prices while you wait, and for the latest discounts, remember to check GoodRx on the web or on our mobile app.
If it's been longer than 6 weeks, please let us know.
Discount cards and coupons work in the same way, and have the same information for the pharmacist to enter.
However, you'll generally save more when you use our coupons instead of our card. There are a couple of reasons why:
-
When you print a coupon, you'll see the price of your prescription before you go to the pharmacy, so you can choose the best pharmacy.
-
Our coupons will often find you prices that are lower than the card.
We offer the GoodRx Card for folks who like to keep a card in their purse or wallet, and it will still often help you save at the pharmacy. But we always recommend you check current prices on our website or mobile app.
Our mobile app has coupons built right in that you can show your pharmacist, and it's really easy to use. And our website allows you to email or text a coupon to yourself if you don't have a printer.
If that doesn't clear things up, please let us know.
You can request a personalized discount card that can be used to save up to 80% off most prescription drugs at most US pharmacies. Your card should arrive within 4 - 6 weeks.
Drugs are expensive, and while GoodRx can help you save, there are other solutions for more expensive or specialty prescriptions. There are many manufacturer and government assistance programs available, and we can suggest a few other strategies for lowering the cost of your prescriptions.
Read our Financial Assistance FAQ that highlights many of these programs and offers links to directories where you can search by your medication, condition, and location.
If you can't find a program or if we can answer any other questions, please let us know.
