How we calculate our stats

Our stats are raw stats taken from our server. We do not like some sites calculate the stats add in our newsletter subscribers and divide by the number of months. Please ensure you calculate like for like.

The best way to compare our stats with those of our competitors is to use the alexa tool. This may not be 100% accurate but it does compare on a like for like basis. Alexa is owned by Amazon and have a way of calculating visitors to any website

Our newsletter stats are available separately. We send two emails a week to our subscribers, One email a week to our property subscribers and one email to our job subscribers. There are not added to the stats shown on our web reports.
