Instead of berating biking parents, @SF311 @sfmta_muni, why not take action on double-parking complaints?

Is this chain with @SF311 berating someone who pays your salaries and depends on your work part of a larger cultural problem @sfmta_muni?

We all know you have an image problem, @SF311 @sfmta_muni. People don't trust you to do what you promise, or stick to your own timelines.

And you sarcastically berate her, @SF311 @sfmta_muni? Someone trying to bike with their kids and ask you a question?

And then a polite mother sends you a pic of this closure *with her kids* in the pic. She takes a totally reasonable tone, @SF311 @sfmta_muni

This follows your employees closing the shared bike path with no detour. This isn't just dangerous, it's illegal, @SF311 @sfmta_muni

This despite the fact that signs that you posted declare this to be the case, @SF311 @sfmta_muni.
