    a thorn in outcome-centricity. it rewards sure bets and bets with a clear path to some knowable thing. perhaps....decision quality is a better area of focus?

    Great thread. I'm in the "holistic" camp. A startup is like trying to tune to the right real station but with multiple dials - vision, team, timing, execution, revenue model, distribution model etc. Gotta get em all right

    Absolutely true. Having ”the best product” is not a bad goal, but having the _right_ product (at the right time etc) is much more important.
