    Another reminder - the 5 year old didn't have a trading licence. The father was issued with a fine. Still different from "5 year old fined"

    A brilliant point, but suggests that creating outrage is necessary as the less exciting versions wouldn't get the job done. So facts skewed!

    I love that I'm being simultaneously assumed to support Tower Hamlets (who I don't) & anti-BBC. Nope! But.. they DIDN'T fine a 5 year old!

    I do believe there's a danger in people thinking a council goes round "fining 5 year olds", because it's VERY different from fining parents!
