    Among the biggest pluses of Flickr to me is the ability to set usage rights on images - in my case because I like making most of my stuff available for others to use freely. Google Photos has no such option. :(

    Sigh. Wish either Flickr Pro had a lower-tier package that would make staying with the platform more attractive, or that Google Photos didn't try and pretend that user-provided metadata didn't exist so I'd have an equivalent home to park my pics.
