    I've watched SH in action for the last 7 of its 19 years, and it is a tremendous group of open, wise folks from around the globe, who actively promote new and diverse voices. I believe in them more than anything or anyone else in the SFF community. Bias, but they're beautiful.

    My most important takeaway: has been publishing tremendous work for nearly two decades and has never won a Hugo. I think 2019 should be the year we change that.
