    I don’t see what’s new here. Yes, given business as usual (no efforts to ramp down carbon emissions) we will see carbon dioxide levels exceed three times pre-industrial levels and 4-5C (7-9F) warming of globe—and lots of bad stuff will happen. We’ve known that for some time...

    Sure hope this isn’t true. It is the non-linearities, such as Siberian permafrost melting or ocean currents changing, that are most difficult to predict.
