    I agree with & taking issue v seriously. Despite huge numbers of people cycling in Oxfordshire, safety not nearly what it should be, nor is convenience of usage. Improving cycle paths, giving less reasons to drive as default and taking more action on theft is vital

    So what are and going to do about it?
