    lol - this comment about “empty hole in your heart” It’s true for me. There was empty hole in my heart for a long time at the intersection of technology and finance (and ethics). Bitcoin filled that.

    Getting the fee estimations right is a really difficult process. I just paid 135 sat/B to get in the next block with my wallet suggesting 7-8 times more. If you want to pay as little as possible: 1) check current fees ( ) 2) check lowest fees in last block.

    Here’s a proposal on the block size debate: Let’s stop arguing about it. There is zero consensus for a block size increase for BTC in 2018. Equally, let’s stop asking companies to adopt Segwit or Lightning.

    a) We can’t increase the block size to 2MB because than consumers can no longer run a full node. b) $40 fees are just fine🍾. Bitcoin is not meant to be for consumers anyway or business that can’t afford a $40 tx fee.
