    This is a player who's excited to be a free agent. Which makes sense. Free agency seems like fun.

    Kirk Cousins again says it's not about $$. "If it was the case we would have sent a counter offer that was extremely high." Interesting.

    Bruce Allen says WAS offered Cousins $53 million guaranteed at signing. He should crush that in free agency, is why he said no.

    Good point here by that this is actually a good time of year for a first-time NFL GM to start.
