I hereby pledge as an aging Millenial (I'm 32) to never start a sentence describing the generation following mine with the phrase "Kids these dsys..." unless it's proceeding a description of just how awesome they are.

Please don’t say that, it puts too much of a burden on them. It shouldn’t all be on their shoulders to save us. Instead, let them inspire us to save ourselves.

How young is too young to let children be children? They are not born adults and should have the innocence of their youth that the rest of us had. This is sad.

Many children around the world and in the US are not allowed to have "innocence of their youth". Black children get "the talk" early. There are children mining for your iPhone components, picking coffee, chocolate, etc. "Innocence" is a luxury.

Wow! When we let the kids go with what they believe, they sure do incredible work!

I have so many feelings right now. Proud of these kids, and so very ashamed of all the adults who failed over and over to take *any* action. I’ve got a daughter around that age, kids understand far more than we give them credit for.
