not at all. Just saying that in tight and tense situations you should comply with law enforcement not negotiate the terms.

Well a journalist’s job is to document those tense situations and must never be pushed around

I agree, but they can not get in the way, they must do everything to get the job done without impeding on actions of the law enforcement officers.
