US contribution to Israel's defence, all of which is spent in the US, accounts for about 1% of the Israeli annual budget. In return US and Israel cooperate on joint projects, which benefit US security eg Iron Dome and exclusive access to intelligence. Its mainly MY tax money.

Bombing
#Syria on Xmas was very illegal. So many though, illegal settlements, etc... Israel has been censured by the (gutless admittedly) UN many times over laws they continously break. Not saying others don't, but the arrogance of defenders reminds one of others in history -
And you really think Israel is going to watch Iran establish itself in Syria,and transfer advanced weaponry to Hizbollah unhindered? You'd love that to happen but it won't. Cries of "illegal" never saved any country from an aggressor.

Damn! I don’t get this determination of hurting a country! Like how long did it take them to dig all of this? And why just to hurt innocent people?!! They’ll never learn, talking from experience, fight fire with fire.. insurgency must be fought with extreme prejudice.

Hezbollah isn't an insurgent group. They haven't fought as one since the 90s. It's literally an army. It has conventional capabilities stronger than many countries.
