I've read the Old and New testaments as well as the Koran, Torah and Talmud. No where has Palestine been a state. It was always Judea/Israel since beginning of recorded history. Palestine is a 20th century invention to appease Arab states.

You won't get argument from me. History was written by 16th century aristocrats. Columbus didnt discover America. The Arab countries should accept their citizens back but won't. It's easier to keep them in limbo as a PR tool against Israel.
