Better u download intel-xdx software to develop a hybride app because bit comfort than sdk.
if u want to develop app by sdk just u go to avd option then u select edit option then change emulated performance graphics option into software-GLES 2.0 try it once

HAXM is not working and emulator runs in emulation mode
emulator: The memory needed by this AVD exceeds the max specified in your HAXM configuration.
emulator: AVD RAM size = 1024 MB
emulator: HAXM max RAM size = 954 MB
emulator: You might want to adjust your AVD RAM size and/or HAXM configuration to run in fast virt mode.
Cannot set up guest memory 'pc.ram': Invalid argument
HAXM not allowed to increse RaM size 954 MB
and AVD by default taking 1 gb RAM
Even i tried to decrese Ram size of AVD to 512 mb but it fixes itself to 1 GB
