I've been paying attention to the traffic stats of our little sub and while having the charts is nice to look at, I'm a numbers kind of guy. I was wondering if there were a way to actually see the numbers that the charts are supposed to be showing.
It'd be nice to be able to interpret that data more directly than having to mouse-over the lines and have a running mental sum of the numbers.
I already have one and the aspect ratio is 10:3 but for some reason it stays frozen so I can’t save it. Help?
I'm really new to the entire modding thing but may I know how do people create a hyperlink to images in the sidebar or description box?
Thanks in advance for the help!!
Pretty much what title says. I can sometimes catch vote manipulation going on myself when post is really fresh and has unusual % of upvotes/downvotes, but I can't be doing that 24/7, so I am wondering if there are tools (can be 3rd party) to monitor newest posts. Thanks!
For example, if you have wish to set up a subreddit about mental health issues for students and young adults only, how would others know to find it?
I don’t really know if this is the right place for it but
Why is the approve post so close to the remove for spam? I just accidentally removed a perfectly fine post because of it.
Every time this individual posts a comment, it is removed. Weird thing is that they don't appear to have a user page?
Was their account banned somewhere else on Reddit or something like that?
Here is an example: https://www.reddit.com/r/GDmaze/comments/9jd1eg/bulk_fate_link_help/e6qebta
Thank you!
My new customizations seem to only work when I am logged in and then go back to default if I log out?
Any advice?
god damnit, i resigned as a mod at my subreddit r/Alvin4KHD
Found a thread that said you couldn't rename one, but it was posted 5 years ago.
Just want to check if it still isn't possible to rename a subreddit.
Maybe I am missing something, but I can't find where to remove Image & Video from the post area. I go into my subreddit settings and under Content Options selected "Text Posts Only". I have even gone into Other Options and unchecked "Allow image uploads and links to image hosting sites".
But, Text Posts and the Image & Video options are still available while Link is greyed out. Please help my stupidity and grey out Image & Video.
I would like to get a bot that counts days like on the /r/stopdrinking subreddit for the french equivalent /r/plusunegoutte. They told me to ask the admins so I'm trying here. Thanks.
I can't figure out how to enable "Community Info" to show up for my subreddit using the mobile app. My group members can't access the sidebar in the mobile app. Right now, when they touch the 3 dots in the right hand corner, they only get; "Contact Mods" and "Add to home Screen." I've looked everywhere. Much thanks.
I’m worried about making people mod in my new subreddit but I think I need them, for example what is the worse they can do and can it be undone?
When I try to go to modmail, all I get is a page with "Not Found" written. Is that happening to anyone else?
I've started to notice something unusual on a few subreddits I moderate.
When someone posts something like "Look at this cool shirt" the comments get bombarded with "click here to find this shirt" type links from various new users, usually 4 or 5 of them.
Is anyone else noticing this type of spam popping up on their subs?
https://mod.reddit.com/mail/all/4lyj1 can't be submitted to https://www.reddit.com/report. Highly annoying.
Is there a search criteria that will return all locked posts in a subreddit?
r/mainmo is my sub, I'm the moderator yet somehow "link" is disabled when I create a post. In the general sub settings adding links is permitted.
Please help.
How do you deal with people abusing the report button?
I have two questions about settings:
-How can I activate tags to describe, for example, a community based on memes? (Ex: Political, Historical, Original Content)
-How can I set the community rules without modifying the description?
Thanks for your time.
Hey guys, I’m a mod at /r/allenedmonds and somehow submitting posts has become disabled. I’m sure it’s something simple that I am completely missing. Would someone be able to review the settings?
Hello,
how and where can I make a guideline for mods of a sub?
Is there a special section like a pinned post just to see for mods?
Sub is: r/AdoptedDogsAreBest
I have a personal account that I've used for years.
I want to create a new subreddit for my place of work, however, I didn't want to moderate it with my personal account. So, I created a new account.
Now, though, my account is too new to create a subreddit.
Can anyone help me get past this? Or at least tell me how long I have to wait?
Thanks!
