Have a question you need answered? A new Google product you want to talk about? Ask away here!

Recently, we at /r/Google have noticed a large amount of support questions being asked. For a long time, we’ve removed these posts and directed the users to other subreddits, like /r/techsupport. However, we feel that users should be able to ask their Google-related questions here. These monthly threads serve as a hub for all of the support you need, as well as discussion about any Google products.

Please note! Top level comments must be related to the topics discussed above. Any comments made off topic will be removed at the discretion of the Moderator team.

it's this adorable little adventurer.

i'd like to get in contact with them and see if they'd be able and willing to expand the set. i've been looking for the artist for a long time now, and thought i'd give here a shot.

for the record, @tinyastronaut on twitter is not the artist i'm looking for. it seems any time i make any inquiries about this anywhere, somebody does a quick search and hands me this twitter account, wondering what i found so difficult about finding this artist... even after i post that i've talked to @tinyastronaut, and they're not the artist i'm looking for.

thank you very much in advance for your assistance!

OK, some of you will clearly find this dumb but that's a you problem. Anyway, we recently got personal Chromebooks in our school, and every student gets one for the year. Problem is, there are many restrictions. I'll list them: 1) No bad websites (funny cuz like my science class uses google forms a lot, and you can't even access it on the Chromebooks) (This is an easily bypassable restriction as you can download apps, such as GB browser (but no flash player :( to play games)) 2) they can see exactly what you do, all the time using Go Guardian. (this is what we want to bypass mostly) 3) We personally don't want to touch hardware (eg. BiOS screw (if it is a thing), storage devices) So far we have achieved getting into "ChromeOS Recovery" but we don't know if we can boot into Linux from there, because of a local admin thing (we tried while not on wifi). Also, we have a USB with ChromeOS on it, so in case anything goes wrong, we just plug in. If anyone has ever been a tech admin for a company that uses Chromebooks and knows what they're doing, that would be helpful, or if anyone has experience/advice for doing something like this.

If I want to ask Google a question, what's the best way of doing it?

Someone knows of an HTML alternative to Google Docs that can have inline videos and inline 360 views and such? A full HTML docs thingie?

In Google Docs, I can't even have a youtube video, let along a 360 3d view.

I know I can export Google Docs to HTML and modify to my hearts content, but I want something HTML only clean.

The alternative must also be a cloud/crowd solution
