As a college student graduating in the spring I still over procrastinate everything, but when im high I'm I'll go finish tgat 10 page research paper I've been putting off in 2 hours. Anyone else the same way?

I feel like I've tried everything to clean this SOB
-rubbing alcohol -salt (shaking the two vigorously) -Boiling water -Soap -pipe cleaners
Any suggestions?
I can't reach the specks with my pipe cleaners the angle is too awkward even if I get it there is no way to rub the spot or try to loosen it.
I've tried the salt and rubbing alcohol (or super hot water) suggestion where you shake really hard about 6 times not exaggerating.

What does it mean if a bong is a chugger? I've seen a few reviews on YouTube that use this term to describe certain bongs, but didn't know if it's a good or bad thing.

Last June, my parents, brother, his girlfriend, and I were visiting my uncle and his girlfriend in Medford, Oregon to go camping. The second day we were there, my uncle rented a boat for us to use a giant inner tube with on the lake. While we waited near the boat dock for my uncle to show up, I looked near where everyone else was standing and I noticed a bill near their feet. I walk closer to pick it up and see it was a $100 bill folded in half that was just sitting on the asphalt. I showed the rest of the people in our group the money I just found and we all got REAL excited. We checked to see of anyone was nearby, but nobody was in sight. The only person we saw prior to that was a tall bearded dude in a black truck with a trailer attached to the back. I'm assuming he dropped the money, but I'll never know. While this stranger didn't intend to help me, he still did so indirectly. Because of him/her, we were able to buy $98 worth of some of the strongest weed money can buy along with some edibles, pre-rolled cones, and complementary CBD buds. Greatest summer of my life by far. Rogue Valley cannabis is the fucking greatest, I definitely recommend going there for the people in Oregon.
