We hear the words Be Strong or Stay Strong a lot, but you don't know how misleading that can be and what that means a lot of times. It means to don't break and to keep don't let things get to you 😕. But here is the truth, we are all human and if you are not ok, then that is ok. You don't have to hold your feelings in. It only hurts you a lot more. It is better to let go of your feeling and face them. Because pushing them aside only means they will come back later. If you need to vent or cry or if you are not ok, know it is ok. You are human and we are going to have bad times in our lives. It is unavoidable. But with those bad times will come better ones. So don't give up on yourself. I promise you that life will get better. You just have to hold on long enough to see it. So the next time you hear stay strong, think of not giving up on yourself.
