Breathing in life...

Tonight I walked outside in the icy chilled air with my hairy companions - who share my life and have been loyal and affectionate for soo many years.

As I frequently do, I deliberately stopped and took in the night perfumes and reserve wildlife sounds and sights of the incredible sparkling domed blanket above. Any petty concerns of day to day life are infinitesimal compared to the vastness of a perspective check against the stars above.

Frequently humanity is utterly consumed with human constructs of politics and pain and forget to immerse their senses in the deep breathing in and out of life.

They rush and rush...I am profoundly happy to know and love soo many incredible beings that have touched my life.

It is a precious gift indeed to be able to open my eyes every day and appreciate being alive right now...
