انا احمد حسين من مصر قمت بشراء ماكينة حلاقة فيليبس و معى ضمان دولى سنتين و حصل شرخ بجسم الماكينة فذهبت الى التوكيل بداخل مصر شركة مصر بيراميدز فيليبس فلم يعتمدوا الضمان و اخبرونى أن على شراء جهاز جديد فقمت بشراءه بتاريخ 31/1/2016 بضمان سنتين و الجهاز لا يعمل و أريد إصلاحه او تبديله و اخبرنى المركز أن الماكينة تحتاج تنظيف فقط فقاموا بتنظيفها و مازالت لا تعمل فذهبت مرة أخرى بالماكينه فاخبرونى أنى يجب على إحضار الشاحن و الشفرة فأحضرتهم فأخبرونى أنهم لن يقوموا بإصلاحها و أن على شراء ماكينة جديدة و أن الضمان 3 شهور فقط فى حين أن الضمان سنتان من تاريخ الفاتورة و مرفق صورة من شهادة الضمان الخاصة بهم فقمت بشراء ماكينة جديدة أى أن الان معى 3 أجهزة و أريد إرجاع الجهازين الذين إشتريتهم من التوكيل طالما أن التوكيل لا يقوم بالصيانة أو يلتزم بالضمان و معى أصل الفاتورة و الجهاز و كيف للتوكيل أن يبيع جهاز بدون أن يكون له قطع غيار
أريد نقودى أو تعويضى بجهاز
