It is likely that the US will try to spin a bad deal in a way suggesting compliance with some of these parameters at least. But Haley today said Palestinian demands/EU parameters were 'unrealistic'.
This is not the time for vagueness (/nebulousness!) from the UK & others.

We should be asking what the UK will do if the US ‘peace plan’ does not agree to 1) ’67 borders, 2) Palestinian security sovereignty, 3) a just resolution for Palestinian refugees, 4) J’lem as the capital of a Palestinian state.

"Most viable" is not a red line. The real test is what the UK will do when presented with a plan that does not meet these requirements. This language intentionally gives wriggle room to conceivably support a US 'peace plan' that does not comply with int'l law/consensus. twitter.com/UKUN_NewYork/s…
