Sorry, I may have overreacted to "business as usual." But we broke the first Spotted Pig story AND we broke the Hamilton/Merriman/Friedman story. Did other outlets run more thinkpieces reacting to our journalism? Maybe.

In this case, I will wait before expressing an opinion. I don't even know if this deal is going to go through, on what terms, what Friedman's role will be, etc. so I think it's premature to write.
