Wow. I don’t think anyone encouraging wellness for seafarers is encouraging socialism. Just a better balance within capitalism to reduce levels of exploitation described in the industry. Management strategy that considers prevention rather than reaction

The stats are in for the maritime gender pay gap in 2019: Men earn nearly 44% more than women. Men are more likely to receive a bonus too, with that bonus almost 60% higher than those paid to women.
