I'm keen to do some illustration work for Australian books I haven't written. If you're a publisher and you like my work, feel free to get in contact if you have a story I might like. No author collab. proposals though please - only books already accepted for publication.

I was delighted to contribute to Growing Up African in Australia and wrote about migration, motherhood, my mother and grandmother. On the weekend of 21 Oct, I received the news that my grandmother died. I wrote this piece before she died. She was an outstanding woman.

Thousands of people are protesting today across Australia against its barbaric policy of exiling asylum seekers. Its a strong message to the politicians to close these bloody camps after almost six years now. Thank you all for your support and standing up for humanity.

We are deadly ain't we? All your irrational fears, lump them on an immigrants. Most immigrants fight and work to make this country great. They contribute in many ways. This country has been, mostly, kind to me and my family. I wouldn't betray it, let alone want to harm it.
