Hi Shauna, you shouldn't need to do anything. It won't affect your bills at all, we generate your bills based on the readings collected from your smart meters and the unit rates on your tariff on your account - we don't use information from the IHD. ^Nancy

Hi Shauna, this sounds like a known issue with some S2 meters and their IHD display units. If this is the case, it should be fixed very shortly with a software update we're rolling out. If I'm way off the mark or you don't have an S2 meter, drop us a DM. ^Nancy

I think you may be referring to your In Home Display (IHD) unit, the handheld device that shows your usage. We'd normally advise using your online account if the IHD isn't in good communication with the meter, because the online account will be accurate. ^Amy
