Glad to have a thoughtful reply & additional info. Having multiple years of data is helpful, but you should consider a better format that doesn’t require users to seek out multiple inputs & compile them into a score. Please consider displaying the data in a customer format.

We deserve better, clearer, timely information about our drinking water, so I hope you will work to improve future reporting. I hope that for next year we wouldn’t have to wait six months to get a report on last year‘s performance.

The water quality report should tell me what I care about the most. I would like to know if ’s performance is better or worse than previous years. Is the water my family is drinking cleaner? If you performance is great, why not highlight it?

Third, I read your report online. It takes 15+ pages to get to any actual data about water quality. There is no context about your performance from previous years. The data itself is buried in a dizzying chart that requires you to compare EPA limits to your actual performance.
