Hi Sarah, as a precautionary measure to keep employees and customers safe, when a bus is suspected of having bed bugs we immediately quarantine it for inspection. An exterminator found no evidence of bed bugs on any of the six buses. ^MW

This was because of a train with mechanical difficulties at Astoria Blvd. This is not the service we aim to provide, and are sorry it affected your commute. We hope you're getting where you need to be! ^CG

Hi Jake. We agree — this is not the service we want to provide. Signal problems at Broadway-Lafayette have caused some major delays on the B, D, F and M lines, but our crews are on the scene making repairs. ^CG
