They found that you’re 9 times more likely to be killed if you get hit by a car going 30 mph than if the care is going 20 mph, and that in locations with speed cameras, there was a 60% drop in speeding infractions.

Soon after the budget passes, the Assembly will propose the strongest rent control package ever and hold hearings to listen to tenants and advocates. We have always been the greatest champion for tenants and will continue to be!
