• Station Streams: We've resolved a particularly pesky bug that prevented station streams from properly updating unless the app was uninstalled and reinstalled (yikes). This update should fix that issue, and deliver a marked improvement in overall stream reliability as a result

Stable App
This app brings up the daily cache of NPR news stories, many (if not all) of which one might hear on your local NPR-affiliated radio station. I haven't had any issues with this app crashing, but I do find it annoying that an article will make reference to a link that isn't there. I suppose that it might be available on the website version of the article, but it seems shortsighted of the developers to not provide that access in the app. Overall, it does what it supposed to do.
Crashing Still An Issue (v3.9.13
I had stayed away from this app for awhile hoping they would stabilize it for iOS 10. Instead, the crashing is worse than ever.
Twice now I have had the NPR News app crash while listening to stories in my playlist. But instead of simply crashing the app as it used to, it now brings down iOS WITH IT!
The audio will suddenly stop and you'll see a black screen with the rotating progress wheel in the middle, similar to when your iPhone's battery dies. This is iOS re-booting. After several seconds, you're taken to the unlock screen of your device. Scary! Looks like I need to delete this yet again.
Workhorse of an app
This is a great app that the team has been perfecting and remaking for years now. I use it everyday to find local stations and tune into their live stream as I travel. I am noticing that the live stream will frequently loop back about 10 seconds for no reason regardless of which station I'm listening to- a minor annoyance but I'd appreciate the team ironing this out. Keep up the good work!
