Welcome to Echidna!
Echidna, together with a few related sub-projects and tools, is the W3C's automated publication system for technical reports.
To start using the system, you will need:
to make sure your type of document is supported by this system.
to get a token for your specification or to have a W3C account participating in a WG
Once you're done with the steps above, you're ready to use Echidna.
In case of doubts, there is also a handy FAQ. Contact your team contact if your question isn't addressed there or ask your question IRC, channel #pub.
