Section 1: GCS Service Agreement
Prior to utilizing this API, you must read and accept the “Google Surveys Service Agreement” currently available at https://surveys.google.com/legal (as supplemented, modified, or otherwise amended from time to time, the “GCS Agreement”). Your use of this API must be in compliance with the GCS Agreement at all times.
Section 2: Fees
This API is being provided free of charge to all developers on a trial basis subject to the usage limits established by Google and available at https://developers.google.com/surveys/v2/limits (the “Usage Limits”). After you reach the Usage Limits, your use of the API will be subject to the then-standard fees for the Service (currently available at https://support.google.com/360suite/surveys/answer/2447244 ). Google reserves the right to change its fee policies with respect to this API with 30 days prior notice.Section 3: Other Services
You agree not to, and not to allow third parties (including end users) to use this API to access any other Google product or service in a manner that violates the terms of service of such other Google product or service.
