On Wednesday, March 14, 2018, from approximately 5:00am to 7:00am, PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, ePay, Student Admissions, Contributor Relations, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records, and Student Employment (PSES) will be unavailable for the migration of online and batch objects to PeopleSoft Production (PSPROD). Due to the content of the migrations, we anticipate that this activity will create an outage.
Outlook 2016 for Mac calendar is experiencing a time zone issue. Calendars may appear off by one hour. Users who are experiencing this problem can change their calendar settings from 'Week' to 'Work Week' to temporarily fix the problem, or use OWA.
The Beebe Lake walkway and footbridge will be closed to all pedestrian traffic from Monday, March 12, to Friday, April 6, 2018. Access to the Beebe Lake trail near the Tang Welcome Center (previously Noyes Lodge) will be maintained but may be limited.
Signs and barricades will be in place to prevent access to the work zones. Pedestrians will be directed to Thurston Avenue.
Some Microsoft Office documents and PDF files printed from macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) fail to print on HP printers. Instead, the printout is a single page with a two-line error message: ERROR: undefinedresult OFFENDING COMMAND: xshow (or show) This issue, which is related to the interaction between Apple's operating system, Microsoft applications, and HP printers, can affect Cornell services related to printing, such as Net-Print.
CIT has identified a performance issue with our DirecTV service. The impact is limited to local broadcast stations, which may appear to have weak or no signal. CIT has determined what is causing the issue and is working to fix it.
All trails are now reopened, except for the lakeside trail on the south and east side of Beebe Lake, east of the junction with the Cayuga Trail.
Also, the class of '59 Jogging Trail (north side of Beebe) is reopened, except for a short detour where the trail splits to the north around the 'Cowie Beds.' These trail sections remain covered in lake ice and/or were damaged by ice and flooding and will remain closed until hazards diminish and/or repairs can be made.
