Issue summary:

It's not possible to use the library in iOS App Extensions i.e. 

Steps to reproduce issue:

Try to use any GAI methods such as [[GAI sharedInstance] defaultTracker]; will result in a nil value
Sent events aren't sent etc
There is no equivalent of GAITrackedViewController for WatchKit's WKInterfaceControllers etc.

This is also relevant for tvOS, and fixing that should just require recompilation
