Senior Services of Alexandria
The November 17th speaker series is going to be a fun, interactive workshop talking about new approaches to healthcare challenges as we age. Mara Benner from Four Directions Wellness located in Del Ray will discuss the concept of “whole person” care and overall wellbeing. Torture Abolition and Survivors Support Coalition International
Come out to Wheaton Regional Park for TASSC's first annual Run for Strength, a 5k run and 1 mile walk to support the Torture Abolition and Survivor Support Coalition (TASSC) International. LIFT-DC
Volunteer on behalf of LIFT-DC to staff one of the food vending stations during the PGA's Quicken Loans National at Congressional Country Club. Each completed 6-8 hour volunteer shift on behalf of LIFT-DC results in a donation to our organization. Volunteers receive one parking passes and one meal more event info > during the day of their shift, as well as a non-transferable complimentary pass that allows volunteers to watch tournament play before/after their shifts.
