Similar to the "Search API Context" module for Drupal 7 in some ways, but greatly simplified and rethought for Drupal 8 and Facets.

Using this module, you can create any number of blocks, each one allowing you to configure which facets to track, and will render a configurable view mode of any entity reference facets representing the selected facet value.

Once configured: When someone selects a value from one of the configured facets, the block will render that selected value's related entity in any view mode you choose.
