Request summary:
Sometimes we need to build advanced segments with conditions which were previously built on another segment. It would be nice to choose or include another advanced segment when building a new one to improve the drill down and mining capabilities. 
It can help us working faster, in a more organized way, reusing advanced segments instead of re-creating these ones.

Use Cases:
Imagine you need to segments visits from mobile devices who viewed some specific page/URI.
Today you should recreate the mobile device condition, maybe including all the mobile device user agents you know and so, specify the page/URI condition.
It would be nice juto to select the mobile devices dynamic segment and insert only one new page/URI condition.
