Web Development Community (WDCil) - Advanced HTML5 and JavaScript APIs Slide Deck and Demos

Last night, I delivered a session called “Advanced HTML5 and JavaScript API’s” at the Web Development Community (aka WDC.IL) user group.
First of all, I want to thank all the attendees! It was cool seeing so many people enthusiastic for web development.

In the session, I talked about the following HTML5 JavaScript APIs:

Web Storage API
IndexedDB API
File and FileSystem API

AppCache API
Message Event
Web Notifications
CORS
EventSource API
Web Sockets API

I also introduced story.js, the JavaScript library that I wrote which handle storage APIs in a consistent way. You can read about story.js here.
